MediaDAT Ltd.’s products are intended for use at user’s own discretion and therefore cannot be reproduced or redistributed without prior written agreement with MediaDAT. Source code is considered property of MediaDAT unless other is negotiated and agreed upon in written form.

The user understands and agrees that MediaDAT Ltd.’s products and services are provided "AS IS", therefore, MediaDAT Ltd. disclaims all warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. MediaDAT Ltd. makes no warranty or representation regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of our products and/or services.

MediaDAT Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind that result from the use of or the inability to use MediaDAT Ltd.’s products and/or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, use, data or other intangibles, even if MediaDAT Ltd. had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
